Preliminary scope of work

Práce je zaměřena na přehledné shrnutí současných znalostí o klasifikaci a stratigrafickém rozšíření fylocaridních korýšů v ordovických až devonských sedimentech barrandienské oblasti. Součástí práce bude revize systematického postavení a klasifikace jednotlivých zástupců, především na základě v zahraničí publikovaných údajů a dále i fotografická dokumentace nejvýznamnějších sbírkových materilů i nově získaných jedinců.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The thesis will summarize actual knowledge about classification and stratigraphic distribution of phyllocarid crustaceans in Ordovician to Devonian sediments of the Barrandian area. Revision of systematic position and classification of individual taxa, mainly on the basis of observations published outside of the Czech Republic and photographic documentation of the most important specimens housed in institutional collections, as well as recently collected specimens.
