Sirtuiny jsou NAD+ -dependentní deacetylásy, které se nachází v mitochondriích. Sirtuin 3 (SIRT 3) je jeden z hlavních regulátorů redoxní a energetické homeostázy v mitochondriích. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat roli SIRT 3 v metabolismu srdce s možnými kardioprotektivními účinky.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Sirtuins are NAD + -dependent deacetylases found in mitochondria. Sirtuin 3 (SIRT 3) is one of the major regulatory redox and energetic homeostases in mitochondria. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe the role of SIRT 3 in heart metabolism with possible cardioprotective effects.
