Preliminary scope of work

Vliv mezenchymálních kmenových buněk na fenotyp buněk imunitního systému byl potvrzen. Součástí diplomové práce bude studium působení dvou typů kmenových buněk (mezenchymálních kmenových buněk a Sertoliho buněk) na metabolismus, přenos a dynamiku mitochondrií a autofagii v buňkách imunitního systému. Získané poznatky budou korelovány se současnými znalostmi o modulace imunitních procesů kmenovými buňkami.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The effect of mesenchymal stem cells on the phenotype of cells of the immune system was described. Diploma thesis will be focused on the study of the effect of two types of stem cells (mesenchymal stem cells and Sertoli cells) on the metabolism, transfer and dynamic of mitochondria and autophagy of immune cells. The obtained results will be correlated with current knowledge about modulation of immune processes by stem cells.
