| Posturálne kontrola, i postura samotná, sú pojmy, ktoré sú chápané často veľmi odlišne. Zámerom tejto práce je snaha o bližšie definíciu a vymedzenie týchto pojmov, ktoré s danou problematikou súvisia.
Teoretická časť sa zaoberá vytvorením jednotného náhľadu na jednotlivé vyšetrovacie a terapeutické postupy alebo metódy, ktoré sa objavujú v slovenskej, slovenských a zahraničnej literatúre. Hoci je pre fyzioterapeuta nepostrádateľné vyšetrenie obzvlášť pomocou palpacie a aspekcie, je potreba priblížiť aj možnosti prístrojového vyšetrenia, ktoré nemusia byť vždy dostupné, ale väčšina väčších zdravotníckych zariadení aspoň nejakými z nich disponuje, čo je vždy výhodou pre terapeuta i pacienta. Praktická časť obsahuje kazuistiku jedného pacienta s chronickou dlhodobou bolesťou v lumbálnej oblasti chrbta. V rámci vyšetrenia bol kineziologický rozbor obohatený aj o metódy Moiré a Pedoscan, o ktorých táto práca pojednáva aj v teoretickej časti. Cieľom následnej terapia pomocou metódy DNS bolo edukovať čo najlepšie pacienta v jednotlivých krokoch terapia pre čo najväčšiu efektivitu cvičenia aj v domácom prostredí. |

| Postural control and posture itself are terms often interpretated differentaly. The intention of this thesis is to define the most important terms related to this issue.
The theoretical part focuses on defining unified approach of examination and therapeutic procedures or methods which appear in czech, slovak and foreign literature. The clinical examination including palpation and aspection are essential for physical therapist. However, intrumental examinition are benefitial for both patients and therapists. Many medical facilities are equiped with at least some of them. The practical part consists of one case report of patient with chronic long-lasting low back pain. The examination included kinesiological analyses of the body accompanied by Moiré and Pedoscan instrumentional methods, which are mentioned in the theoretical part of this thesis. The primary purpose of the following therapy using the DNS method. |
