Preliminary scope of work
Náplní práce bude příprava expresních vektorů pro mutovanou formu antiHER2 nanoprotilátky a jejích fúzních konstruktů, jejich rekombinantní exprese v buněčné linii HEK293, purifikace a následné studium vlivu přítomnosti N-glykosylace na vazebné schopnosti této nanoprotilátky.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of the thesis is preparation of expression vectors for mutated form of antiHER2 nanobody and its fusion constructs, their recombinant expression in HEK293 cell line, purification and subsequent study of how the presence of N-glycosylation influences binding properties of this nanobody.
