Preliminary scope of work

Cílem práce bude shrnout v současnosti využívané metody detekce pozitivní selekce na molekulární úrovni. Práce bude kombinovat populačně genetickou teorii a statistické přístupy k detecki lokusů na něž působí pozitivní selece v populaci.
