Preliminary scope of work

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá literárním překladem. První, teoretická část práce obsahuje teoretická východiska, na kterých je následně postaven překlad vybrané kapitoly. Druhá část obsahuje autorův překlad se zaměřením na zachování autentického fantasy románu spolu s vybranými příklady stylistických fenoménů z vyhotoveného překladu a důvody za překladatelskými rozhodnutími.

Preliminary scope of work in English

This bachelor thesis deals with literary translation. The first, theoretical part, deals with the theoretical standpoints upon which the practical part is built. Second part contains the author’s translation with a focus on maintaining the authenticity of a fantasy novel together with selected highlighted styllistic phenomena and the reasoning behind examples from the translated text.
