Preliminary scope of work
Výskyt malígnych arytmií, ako dôsledok ischemicko-reperfúzneho (I/R) poškodenia srdca má významnú úlohu v úmrtnosti v súčasnej populácií, preto poznanie endogénnych ochranných mechanizmov je celospoločensky významné a môže prispieť k zlepšeniu farmakologickej liečby. Cieľom dizertačnej práce bolo lepšie pochopiť význam distribúcie Cx43 a isoforiem hexokinázy a rôznych fosforylácií Cx43 a nájsť ich súvislosť s antiarytmickým účinkom adaptácie na hypoxiu a na chlad.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Malignant arrhythmias as a consequence of ischemia-reperfusion injury in the heart has an important role in mortality in the current population, the knowledge of endogenous protective mechanisms is of great importance and can contribute to the improvement of pharmacological treatment. The aim of the dissertation was to better understand the importance of the distribution of Cx43 and hexokinase and the various Cx43 phosphorylations and to find their connection with the antiarrhythmic effect of adaptation to IHH and cold.
