Preliminary scope of work
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na popis a vymezení pozice asistenta pedagoga v inkluzivním prostředí základní školy. Cílem práce je specifikovat pozici asistenta pedagoga v edukačním procesu, zaměřit se na uchopení této profese samotnými asistenty a nastínit obraz jejich náplně práce. V rámci teoretických východisek se zaměříme na specifikaci legislativního uchopení a praktická část bakalářské práce bude zpracována pomocí kvalitativního výzkumného šetření, jehož základní technikou je semistrukturovaný rozhovor s asistenty pedagoga, pozorování a analýza prostudované literatury. Na základě kódování se zaměříme na oblasti spolupráce a metodického vedení, práce s žákem se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a vlastního sebehodnocení práce asistenta pedagoga.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This Bachelor thesis deals with a description and definition of a teaching assistant in the inclusive environment of elementary school. The basic goal is to specify the position of teaching assistant in the education process, focus on this profession from their perspective and overall better understand their job description. In the scope of the theoretical outcome, we focus on the specification of legislative and in the practical part of the bachelor thesis we process qualitative research whose fundamental technique is the semistructured interview with the teaching assistant, observation and analysis of studied literature. Based on the coding we focus on the area of cooperation and methodological guidance, work with a student with special educational needs and self-evaluation of work of teaching assistant.
