| Preliminary scope of work |
| Ve své diplomové práci bych ráda seznámila čtenáře s problematikou péče o duševní zdraví v České republice. Zaměřím se na definici duševního zdraví, na klasifikaci duševních nemocí, a zároveň představím služby poskytované osobám s duševním onemocněním. Dále se budu zabývat systémem péče o duševní zdraví v ČR, kde se pokusím poukázat na největší pozitiva, ale i slabiny tohoto systému. Čtenář se také dozví o české legislativě spojené s touto problematikou. V neposlední řadě informuji o reformě psychiatrické péče, která v ČR probíhá již od roku 2013 – představím hlavní milníky, plán a strategii této reformy, a klady reformy demonstruji na konkrétních realizovaných krocích a projektech.
Ve výzkumné části se zaměřím na osobní zkušenosti uživatelů péče, kde pomocí rozhovorů dokážu čtenářům přiblížit největší úskalí péče o duševní zdraví z pohledu samotných uživatelů této péče. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| In my diploma thesis I would like to introduce the readers to the issue of mental health care in the Czech Republic. I will focus on mental health definition, classification of mental illnesses, and also introduce services provided to people with mental illness. Furthermore, I will deal with the systém of mental health care in the Czech Republic, where I will try to point out the greatest positives and also some negatives of this system. The reader will also learn about Czech legislation related to this issue. Finally, I will inform about the psychiatric care reform, which started in 2013 in the Czech Republic – I will mention the main milestones, plan and strategy of this reform, and the benefits of this reform will be demonstrated on particular steps and realized projects.
In the research section, I will focus on personal experience of care users, where thanks to the interviews, I can mediate the biggest mental health care problems from users point of view. |
