Preliminary scope of work

Práce se bude věnovat jiným buněčným typům než klasické APC - tedy B-lymfocyty, makrofágy a dendritické buňky. Cílem je podat kritický pohled na regulaci experese MHC II. třídy a na funkční dopad v buněčných typech, které byly recentně objeveny jako neklasické APC.
