Cílem diplomové práce bude popsat změny ve fungování cirkadiánního systému a jím řízených fyziologických procesů u zvířat, která byla v době formování cirkadiánních hodin chována na stálém světle. Očekáváme, že narušení pravidelného střídání světla a tmy v časné ontogenezi bude mít důsledky ve vývoji hodin, který se projeví v jejich fungování v dospělosti.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of the thesis will be to describe the changes in the function of the circadian system and the dependent physiological processes in the animals maintained in constant light at the time of the formation of the circadian clock. We expect that disruption of the regular light/dark cycle in early ontogenesis will have consequences in the development of the clock that will be manifested in adulthood.
