Preliminary scope of work

Rešeršní práce zabývající se vlivem virových infekcí na redoxní prostředí buňky. Práce je zaměřena na vznik volných radikálů, antioxidační mechanismy a jejich regulaci a na patologické procesy vyvolané změnami redoxního stavu buňky při virových infekcích.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Review focusing on the effect of virus infection on the intracellular redox state. The work will focus on generation of free radicals, antioxidant mechanisms and their regulation, and on pathological processes induced by changes of the intracellular redox state during virus infections.
