Preliminary scope of work

Předmětem práce bude testování změn rytmické exprese hodinových genů a cirkadiánně regulované syntézy hormonů u pacientů se spánkovými poruchami. Pacienti budou diagnostikováni spánkovými neurology Národního ústavu duševního zdraví, odběry a zpracování krevních vzorků budou prováděny ve spánkové laboratoři NUDZ.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of the thesis will be the evaluation of changes in the rhythmic expression of the clock genes, and changes in the clock-controlled hormone synthesis in patients with sleep disorders. Patients will be diagnosed with sleep neurologists of the National Institute of Mental Health, blood sampling and processing will be performed in the Sleep Laboratory of NIMH.
