Rešerše literatury a návrh postupu stanovení, práce s buněčnou kulturou HL-60, stanovení obsahu kovalentních komplexů proteinů s DNA pomocí imunofluorescence, analýza dat získaných fluorescenčním mikroskopem, samostatné zpracování dat a sepsání diplomové práce.

Overview of current literature, testing of the possible procedures for sample preparation, aseptic techniques of cell culture, assessment of the DNA-protein covalent complexes by immunofluorescence, microscope data analysis and preparation for their presentation and discussion in the diploma thesis.
