Cílem této práce je nasbírat vzorky akvatických mikrobiálních společenstev, provést in situ experimenty a geochemické, mikrobiologické a bioinformatické analýzy odebraných vzorků za účelem testování hypotéz o vlivu odledňování na mikrobiální kolonizaci a export ve sladkovodních biotopech polárních oblastí.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of this PhD project is to collect samples of aquatic microbial communities, perform in situ experiments, and conduct geochemical, microbiological and computational analyses of the samples in order to test hypotheses concerning deglaciation effects on microbial colonisation and export in freshwater environments of the polar regions.
