| Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou využívání konceptu bazální stimulace v ošetřovatelství na odděleních intenzivní péče. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část popisuje historický vývoj konceptu bazální stimulace v České republice a Evropě, podstatu konceptu bazální stimulace, jeho teoretická východiska a prvky, jež využívá. Dále se práce zabývá specifiky v intenzivní péči a využitím konceptu bazální stimulace v intenzivní péči.
Empirická část práce vychází z kvantitativního průzkumného šetření realizovaného na základě originálního anonymního dotazníku. Respondenty byly všeobecné sestry z oddělení intenzivní péče v ONN a.s. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zmapovat, v jaké míře je koncept bazální stimulace na odděleních intenzivní péče využíván a zda je z pohledu všeobecných sester vnímán jako efektivní. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| The bachelor thesis deals with basal stimulation concept and its use in nursing care at intensive care departments. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part describes the historical development of the basal stimulation concept in the Czech Republic and Europe, the nature of the basal stimulation concept, its theoretical basis and elements used therein. Further, the thesis focuses on the specifics of intensive care and the use of the basal stimulation concept in intensive care.
The empirical part of the thesis is based on a quantitative survey conducted using an original anonymous questionnaire. The respondents were general nurses from the intensive care department at ONN a.s. The main objective of this work was to map the extent, to which the concept of basal stimulation is used at intensive care departments and whether they are perceived as effective by general nurses. |
