Adipokinetické hormony (AKHs) patří mezi hormony, způsobující mobilizaci energie. Cílem této diplomové práce bude stanovit vliv vosičkového jedu a možný prospěšný učinek AKH na mitochondriální respiraci.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Adipokinetic hormones (AKHs) are among the hormones that cause energy mobilization. The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the influence of the venous poison and the possible beneficial effect of AKH on mitochondrial respiration.
