| V současnosti dochází k významné proměně konceptualizace placebo efektu. Tato změna se promítla nejen do roviny metodologické, ale také poznamenala způsob, jakým je nahlíženo na psychologické a psychosociální souvislosti tohoto fenoménu. Práce by se měla pokusit zmapovat jak placebo efekt samotný, tak i možné determinanty a psychologické mechanismy jeho průběhu. Bakalářská práce se pokusí shrnout stávající výzkumnou realitu daného jevu a prioritně akcentovat jeho psychosociální aspekty. Empirická část reaguje na metodologické problémy některých studií nastíněných v teoretické části a zahrnuje návrh výzkumu, který by mohl přispět k získání odpovědi na jednu z aktuálnědiskutovanýchvýzkumnýchotázek. -------------------------- In the past few years, the placebo effect has undergone a significant conceptual shift. This change has affected not only its methodological context but has also influenced how its psychological and psychosocial correlates are viewed. The thesis attempts to describe the placebo effect itself, its potential predictors and its psychological mechanisms. It aims to summarise the current research-based understanding of the phenomenon and emphasize its psychosocial aspects. The empirical section reacts to methodological issues of selected studies outlined in the theoretical part and includes a proposal of a study that might contribute to obtaining the answer to one of the presently debated research questions. |
