Preliminary scope of work

L’objet du mémoire est la popularisation de la poésie belge en Belgique. Notre travail se concentre sur la description de la situation en Belgique en ce qui concerne l’enseignement de la poésie et la relation entre la poésie belge et les Belges eux-mêmes. Pour découvrir si la poésie belge est populaire, enseignée ou écrite, j’ai choisi deux questionnaires. Un questionnaire pour les étudiants, l’autre pour les slameurs (les poètes du slam).

Preliminary scope of work in English

The subject of the dissertation is the popularization of Belgian poetry in Belgium. The work will present the situation in Belgium with regard to the teaching of poetry and the relation to Belgian poetry. To find out whether Belgian poetry is popular at schools and among poets, I chose to create two questionnaires. The first questionnaire is aimed towards students and the second one is aimed towards slammers.
