Preliminary scope of work

Cílem práce je příprava knihovny fluorogenních peptidů pomocí metodou split-and-mix. Knihovna je zamýšlena jak ke studiu jednotlivých proteáz, tak celých proteolytických fenotypů (např. plazma zdravých jedinců vs. pacientů s daným onemocněním).

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of the thesis is the preparation of a library of fluorogenic peptides using split-and-mix protocol. The library is intended for studying individula proteases as well as whole proteolytic phenotypes (blood plasma of healthy individual vs. patients).
