Preliminary scope of work
Bakalářská práce shrnuje informace o významu lignifikace a o variabilitě ve složení ligninu. Dále se podrobně zaměřuje na mechanismy a regulační faktory depozice ligninu v různých typech buněk rostliny (včetně charakterizace funkce a variability zapojených peroxidáz a dalších enzymů a regulace jejich aktivity). Srovnává mechanismy lignifikace v endodermálním Casparyho proužku, cévních elementech, sklerenchymu nebo indukované lignifikaci.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The bachelor thesis summarizes information about the importance of lignification and the variability in the composition of lignin. It further focuses on the mechanisms and regulatory factors of lignin deposition in various plant cell types (including the characterization of the function and variability of the peroxidases and other enzymes involved and the regulation of their activity). It compares the mechanisms of lignification in the endodermal Casparian band, tracheary elements, sclerenchyma, or induced lignification.
