Preliminary scope of work
Práce se zabývá základní transkripční regulační sítí bakterie Corynebacterium glutamicum řízenou sigma faktory RNA polymerasy. Budou popsány všechny známé regulační vztahy mezi sedmi sigma faktory jako pozitivními regulátory transkripce a geny pro veškeré sigma faktory. Budou zahrnuty i regulační efekty anti-sigma faktorů působící na posttranslační úrovni. Bude popsána regulační síť při reakci na stres.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This work is focused on transcriptional regulatory network of bacterium Corynebacterim glutamicum, controlled by sigma factors of RNA polymerase. All regulatory relations between seven sigma factors as positive transcriptional regulators and genes encoding all sigma factors will be described. Regulatory effects of anti-sigma factors at the post-translational level will be also included. The regulatory network in response to stress will be described.
