Studium ekologie metaspolečenstev prošlo v posledních dvou dekádách značným vývojem. Cílem práce bude shrnout tyto nové poznatky v kontextu bezobratlých sladkých vod, kteří se liší zejména svou schopností šíření mezi vzájemně geograficky oddělenými společenstvy. Rešeršní práce by se měla hlouběji zabývat rozdíly mezi organismy s pasivní a aktivní schopností šíření, rozdíly mezi stálými a tekoucími vodami, ale také vlivem povahy studovaných habitatů, heterogenitou krajiny, mírou izolace jednotlivých společenstev či prostorovým měřítkem.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The field of the metacommunity ecology shifted last two decades substantially. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to cover this shift in the context of the freshwater invertebrates with various ability of dispersal among geographically isolated communities. The thesis should cover known literature about the differences between active and passive dispersers, between lentic and lotic ecosystems, effect of the habitat characteristics, the landscape heterogeneity, effect of various ecosystems isolation and the spatial scale.
