Preliminary scope of work

V posledních letech se objevuje řada prací dokumentujících významnou roli nekanonických translačních faktorů v regulačních drahách eukaryontní buňky. Jedním z těchto faktorů je eIF4E2. Práce by měla zmapovat bílkoviny, případně i další látky, interagující s eIF4E2 a pomoci tak umístit tento faktor do širšího kontextu regulačních sítí buňky.
