Preliminary scope of work

Cílem této bakalářské práce je ozřejmit procesy vedoucí k indukci, delaminaci, následné migraci a zejména schopnosti buněk neurální lišty diferencovat v příslušné buněčné typy. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na vybrané in vitro experimenty mapující schopnost těchto buněk diferencovat do tkání odvozených ze všech tří zárodečných listů.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to explain processes leading to induction, delamination, migration and the ability of neural crest cells to differentiate into appropriate cell types. Special importance is placed on in vitro experiments mapping the ability of these cells to differentiate into the tissues derived from all three germ layers.
