| Práce má za cíl definovat specifika laktózové intolerance a její projevy, zabývá se výskytem laktózové intolerance v populaci a následnou volbou vhodného dietního opatření. Dále poukazuje na důležitost mléka a mléčných výrobků v potravě člověka a jak lze zajistit dostatečnou kompenzaci u osob odmítajících tyto složky potravy z jakýchkoliv důvodů. Praktická část zjišťuje, jak často a v jaké míře jsou mléko a mléčné výrobky odmítány a zda je hlavním důvodem laktózová intolerance. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| The main goal of this thesis is to define the specifics of the lactose intolerance and its symptoms, prevalence and diet preferences. Furthermore, it highlights the importance of milk and dairy products in human nutrition and ways how to replace these components of nutrition for people who refuse dairy for any reason. The practical part finds out how often and to what extent the dairy products are refused by people and if the main reason for that is the lactose intolerance. |
