Preliminary scope of work

Úkolem této bakalářské práce je zaměřit se na popis molekulárních mechanismů zapojených v kardoprotekci s důrazem na předpokládanou roli receptorů spřažených s G proteiny a jejich signalizace v těchto procesech.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of this thesis is to describe the molecular mechanisms involved in cardoprotection with emphasis on the presumed role of G protein-coupled receptors and their signaling in these proceses.
