| Student si nastuduje odbornou literaturu ohledně molekulární biologie miRNA při regulaci genové exprese a jako diagnostický a prognostický biomarker obecně. Dále se zaměří na dosud publikované poznatky na využití miRNA u léčivy juvenilní idiopatické artritidy. Provede rešeršní práci za pomocí databáze PubMed. Nastuduje získané informace. Provede experimentální část podle instrukcí školitelky. Sepíše diplomovou práci o rozsahu 40-50 stan na dané téma. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| Student will study the literature concerning the molecular biology of miRNAs in the regulation of gene expression and as a diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers in general. Furthermore he/she will study the latest reports on the use of miRNA in juvenile idiopathic arthritis. He/she will perform search for data using the PubMed database.He/she will perform experiments according the instructions of supervisor. He/She will writes a thesis on the range of 40-50 pages on the topic |
