| Cílem práce je porovnat proti-povstaleckou strategii v již zmiňovaných letech 2007 a 2014. Chci analyzovat průběh povstání a způsoby jakými se rozhodly USA a irácká vláda povstání potlačit. Zda byla použita stejná strategie v roce 2014 jako v roce 2007, případně v čem se lišila a jak markantní tyto rozdíly byly. Na relevantní datech ověřím, který způsob byl účinnější. Dále chci popsat hlavní ozbrojené entity, které se na území Iráku vyskytují. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| The aim of this thesis is to compare the counter-insurgency strategy in Iraq in 2007 and 2014. I want to analyze the insurgency and means by which US army and Iraqi government decided to surrpress the insurgency. Whether the same strategy was used in 2007 and 2014 or how the strategies differ. On relevant data I will evaluate the succes of each strategy. |
