Preliminary scope of work

Bipolární afektivní porucha je velmi závažné duševní onemocnění, které je charakterizováno patologickými výkyvy nálad. Jedná se o onemocnění chronické, které ovlivňuje významně život pacienta, zasahuje do každodenního fungování, partnerských vztahů i do zaměstnání. Střídání manických a depresivních nálad je velmi náročné nejen pro pacienta, ale i pro ošetřující personál. Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat případovou studii u pacienta s bipolární poruchou. Na demonstrovaném případě bych chtěla přinést vlastní klinický vzhled a detailní popis ošetřovatelské péče se všemi specifiky pro dané onemocnění. Na základě teoretické části vytvořím podrobný rozbor onemocnění. Pro svou práci jsem zvolila formu kazuistiky. Na základě teoretické části bych chtěla vytvořit podrobný rozbor klinického případu. Metody pro získání dat budou klinická vyšetření, rozhovor a pozorování. Na podkladě této studie vytvořím edukační materiál s pravidly správné komunikace s psychiatrickým pacientem.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The bipolar disorder is a highly serious mental disease characterized by pathological mood swings. It is a chronic disease that significantly affects the daily life of the patient, interfering with day-to-day functioning, relationships and employment. The alternation of manic and depressive moods is exacting not only of the patient, but of the nursing staff as well. The aimof this bachelor’s thesis is to process a case study of a patient with bipolar disorder. On this demonstrative case I would like to contribute my own clinical input and a detailed description of the nursing care with all the specifics of the given illness. Based on the theoretical part, I will create a detailed analysis of the disease.
I have chosen utilize casuistry in this thesis. I would like to create a detailed analysis of the studied case based on the theoretical part. I have chosen clinical examination, interviews and observation as a method for my acquisition of data. I will create educational material concerning the rules of proper communication with a psychiatric patient based on this study.
