Preliminary scope of work
Diplomová práce bude pojata jako teoreticko-praktická práce s vytvořeným dotazníkem. V teoretické části bude obecně popsán rozdíl mezi alergií a intolerancí, skupiny potravin, kterých se týkají. Do praktické části bude zařazen dotazník, ve kterém budou od respondentů zjišťovány informace o potravinových alergiích a intolerancích. V další části budou jednotlivé odpovědi statisticky zpracovány. Cílem práce bude zjistit a ověřit mínění laické veřejnosti o domnělých a skutečných alergenech v jednotlivých skupinách potravin.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The thesis will be conceived as a theoretical and practical work with a drawn-up questionnaire. The theoretical part will generally describe the difference between allergy and intolerance and the groups of foods to which they refer. A questionnaire will be included in the practical part with the aim to obtain information from the respondents about food allergies and intolerances. The next section will process individual responses statistically. The goal of this work is to find out and verify the opinion of the general public about the suspected and real allergens in the different groups of foods.
