| Práce se zaměří na historické i současné vztahy mezi Indií a Pákistánem a pokusí se odpovědět na otázku, zda je možné napjatý vztah mezi těmito zeměmi vysvětlit za pomoci realistického konceptu bezpečnostního dilematu. V první části své práce se proto bude soustředit na teoretickou diskusi konceptu bezpečnostního dilematu, jeho původní formulaci Herzem a následnou reformulaci související s tradicí realistického myšlení v teoriích mezinárodních vztahů, v dalších částech práce bude aplikovat tento koncept na vývoj vztahů mezi Indií a Pákistánem, zejména na důsledky jejich vyzbrojení jadernými zbraněmi. |
