Guidelines

V první části práce se bude studentka soustředit na vypracování teoretické části, kde shrne dosavadní znalosti týkající se vlivu akupunktury na srdeční variabilitu. V druhé části si studentka připraví postup, jak zkoumat vliv akupunktury na srdeční variabilitu u pacientů s migrénou.
Poté bude následovat exeperimentální část sběru dat, následně jejich vyhodnocení, shrnutí, interpretace a diskuze.

Preliminary scope of work

Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat vliv akupunktury u pacientů trpících migrénou na srdeční variabilitu za použití přístroje pro měření srdeční variability jako objektivního markeru stresu a celkového zdraví. Hlavní náplní studenta bude kromě zpracování teoretické rešerše na dané téma, praktické měření srdeční variability pacientů. Z toho důvodu bude práce také zahrnovat pečlivou přípravu studijního protokolu a organizaci samotných měření.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of the thesis is to investigate the impact of acupuncture in patients with migraine on heart rate variability using HRV monitoring device. Besides preparing a theoretical part of the thesis, the student will conduct HRV monitoring in patients. This involves a detailed preparation of a study protocol as well as scheduling appointments with patients.
