Guidelines

Bolesti hlavy patří k nejčastějším zdravotním potížím. Většina (kolem 90%) primárních bolestí hlavy benigního původu patří mezi několik málo kategorií zahrnující: migrénu, tenzní bolesti hlavy, tzv. cluster bolesti a chronické denní bolesti hlavy. Pro správnou terapii, včetně farmakoterapie, je důležité zjistit typ bolesti hlavy. Je třeba vyloučit sekundární bolesti hlavy. Rešeršní DP je zaměřena na farmakoterapii primárních bolestí hlavy u dospělých. K terapii se používají léčiva z různých farmakologických skupin s různými mechanismy působení. Pozornost bude zaměřena zejména na: nesteroidní antiflogistika, paracetamol, triptany, námelové alkaloidy, antiemetika, aj.

Preliminary scope of work

Diplomová práce rešeršního typu vyžaduje studium literatury týkající se primárních bolestí hlavy u dospělých. To předpokládá základní znalosti odborného stylu v anglickém jazyce a pochopitelně znalosti jak bazální, tak i klinické farmakologie nervového systému. Cílem práce je shrnout recentní poznatky z oblasti zadaného tématu DP.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Diploma thesis of search type requires a study of the literature on primary headaches in adults. This requires a basic understanding of professional style in English and, of course, knowledge of both basal and clinical pharmacology of the nervous system. The aim is to summarize recent findings in the field of a given topic of diploma thesis.
