Guidelines |
Provést řešerši metody simulace velkých vírů (large-eddy simulation) v odborné literatuře. Seznámit se s provozem modelem WRF v módu LES. Srovnat modelové výsledky za použití metody LES a fyzikálních parametrizací v nižším rozlišení. |

Preliminary scope of work |
Preliminary scope of work in English |
WRF model is one of the widely used regional atmospheric numerical models. Its use ranges from numerical weather prediction and regional climate simulations to turbulence modeling with LES. Excellent user support and documentation together with the option to run idealized cases makes WRF model ideal for students to start with numerical modeling. |
