| Náplň práce je komparácia energetickej, konkrétne jadrovej, politiky vo Francúzsku. Hlavným referenčným míľnikom je havária jadrovej elektrárni Fukušima I, ktorá sa udiala 11. marca 2011 a ktorej následky výrazne ovplyvnili postavenie jadrovej energie vo svete, ako aj jej citlivé vnímanie verejnosťou. Hlavným objektom skúmania sú vybraní štátny aktéri a spoločnosti zaoberajúci sa výstavbou a spravovaním jadrových elektrární. Zo štátnych aktérov sa jedná najmä o Úrad pre jadrovú bezpečnosť – ASN, francúzskych prezidentov François Hollanda ako aj jeho predchodcu Nicolasa Sarkozyho. Hlavní aktéri zo súkromnej sféry, ktorým sa bude venovať výskum, sú Areva a Électricité de France – EDF. Predmetom skúmania bude verejný diskurz uvedených aktérov ohľadom podpory jadrovej energie vo Francúzsku. |

| The study is concerned with the comparison of France's energy policy, and nuclear energy in particular, before and after the Fukushima accident, which took place on March 11, 2011. The consequences of the accident have strongly influenced the position of nuclear energy worldwide and put the nuclear energy in peril. The main objective is to evaluate the effect of the accident by examining public discourse of chosen public and private actors engaged in the construction and operation of nuclear power plants. The chosen state actors are the Office for Nuclear Safety - ASN, French presidents François Hollande and his predecessor Nicolas Sarkozy. Major private players are Areva and Electricite de France - EDF. |
