Preliminary scope of work

Cílem je prozkoumání motivů a očekávání jazykových lektorů při výběru České republiky jako cílové destinace v souvislosti s procesem jejich akulturace v českém prostředí a možnými důsledky, které z toho plynou pro jejich motivaci k setrvání jak v profesi jazykového lektora, tak i v České republice.

Preliminary scope of work in English

This thesis will explore foreign language teachers´motivation and expectations when choosing the Czech Republic for their work and future in connection with the process of their acculturation in the Czech background. It will also look at the implications of their motivation to become language teacher and to stay in the profession as well as to stay in the Czech Republic.
