Cílem této práce je objasnit, zda defekt v sekreci Sap2 proteinu je specifický pro Ecm33 mutanta C. albicans (RML2U) nebo je spojen všeobecně s poškozením buněčné stěny či sekrečních mechanismů.

The aim of this work is to elucidate if the defect in Sap2 secretion is specific of C. albicans Ecm33 mutant (RML2U) or is related with general defects in cell wall or secretion pathways.
