Preliminary scope of work

Cílem této práce je standardizovat metody pro monitorování markerů oxidativního stresu ve vybraných částech potkaního mozku. K tomuto ůčelu budou použity různé biochemické a imunohistochemické techniky. Jako model pro vyvolání stresu bude použita maternální separace. Markery oxidativního stresu budou sledovány ve vzorcích mozkové tkáně mladých i dospělých zvířat.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of this thesis is to stadardize the methods for monitoring of oxidative stress markers in selected regions of rat brain. Different biochemical and immunohistochemical techniques will be employed. Maternal separation will serve as a model for induction of stress. Oxidative stress markers will be assessed in brain tissue samples from young as well as adult animals.
