Preliminary scope of work

Cílem práce je popsat principy různých forem conditiongu (pre-, post- a perconditioning) se speciálním důrazem na tzv. conditioning na dálku. Pozornost bude zaměřena na molekulární mechanismy, které stojí za kardioprotektivním působením této intervence.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of this thesis is to describe the principles of different forms of conditioning (pre-, post- a perconditioning) with particular emphasis to so-called remote conditioning. Attention will be focused on the molecular mechanisms behind cardioprotective effects of this intervention.
