Cílem práce je charakterizovat základní vlastnosti signálních systémů receptorů spřažených s G proteiny a nastínit jejich úlohu v molekulárních mechanismech uplatňujících se v neuroprotekci.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of this thesis is to characterize tha basic fearures of signaling systems of G protein-coupled receptors and to outline their role in the molecular mechanisms involved in neuroprotection.
