| Práce je zaměřena na studium vlastností detektorů záření gama na bázi polovodiče (CdZn)Te pracujících při pokojové teplotě. Během práce budou připraveny a proměřeny testovací vzorky detektorů. Cílem práce je diskutovat jednotlivé vlastnosti detektorů, které zásadním způsobem ovlivňují kvalitu detektoru. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| This work is focused on the study of the detector properties based on CdZnTe semiconductor operating at room temperature. Within the work testing detectors will be prepared and characterized. The goal of this work is the discusion about the detector properties which strongly affect the detector quality. |
