Preliminary scope of work

Adaptace na chlad zásadně mění celotělový energetický metabolismus, který se dotýká i jednotlivých orgánů. Změny v energetickém metabolismu srdečního svalu po chronické expozici chladu nebyly dosud studovány. Cílem práce je stanovit expresi klíčových enzymů základních drah energetického metabolismu a apoptotických procesů v srdci chladově aklimovaného potkana.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Long term cold acclimation fundamentally changing the whole body energy metabolism, which may affect various organs. Changes in the energy metabolism of the heart muscle after chronic exposure to cold have not been studied. The aim of the thesis is to determine the expression of key energy metabolism enzymes and apoptotic markers involved in the heart of the cold-acclimated male rats .
