Cíle práce jsou:
- Poskytnout důkladný popis matematiky používané v moderním PBPK modelování
- Poskytnout popis a hodnocení implementace PBPK metod, které jsou v současné době k dispozici v softwaru Matlab
- Pracovat na možná zlepšení nebo rozšíření tohoto softwaru.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The goals of the thesis are :
- to give a thorough description of the mathematics behind modern PBPK modeling
- to give a description and evaluation of the implementation of PBPK currently available in the Matlab software
- to work on possible improvements or extensions of that software.
