| Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fyzioterapií a ergoterapií u pacientů s operačně řešenou frakturou proximálního humeru. Cílem práce je ukázat, jak je důležitá spolupráce fyzioterapeuta a ergoterapeuta u pacientů s touto diagnózou a zveřejnit jejich postup vyšetření a návrh terapie. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. Úvod teoretické části obsahuje popis anatomické stavby humeru, anatomii a kineziologii ramenního kloubu. V části věnované zlomeninám proximálního humeru jsou popsány nejčastější příčiny vzniku zlomenin, následné možnosti konzervativní a zejména operační léčby s možnými komplikacemi. Závěrečná část se zabývá fyzioterapií, ergoterapií a spoluprací multidisciplinárního týmu u tohoto typu zranění. Praktická část se skládá ze dvou kazuistik, na nichž je ukázána spolupráce fyzioterapeuta a ergoterapeuta u pacientů s touto diagnózou. Dále poskytuje stručný popis testů a postupů, které jsou v průběhu terapie použity. K hodnocení výsledků je použit standardizovaný test – Constant Score Technique, dále ergoterapeutický test Kanadské hodnocení výkonu zaměstnávaní a rozšířená verze Frenchayského testu paže. V závěrečné diskuzi jsou výsledky zhodnoceny a porovnány s odbornými studiemi. |

| This thesis deals with physiotherapy and occupational therapy for patients with surgical treatment of fractures of the proximal humerus. The aim is to show how important it is collaboration physiotherapist and occupational therapist for patients with this diagnosis and publish their examination procedure and proposal of therapy. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. Introduction the theoretical part contains an anatomical description of the humerus and anatomy and kinesiology shoulder joint. In the section devoted to fractures of the proximal humerus describes the most common causes of fractures, subsequent possibilities of conservative and surgical treatment, particularly with potential complications. The final section discusses post-operative rehabilitation, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and the importance of the cooperation of a multidisciplinary team. The practical part consists of two case studies on which it is shown cooperation physiotherapist and occupational therapist for patients with this diagnosis system. It also provides a brief description of tests and procedures that are used during therapy. The assessment results are used standardized tests - Constant Score Technique, as well as occupational theray test Canadian occupational performance measure and an extended version of the Frenchay arm test. In the discussion of work results are evaluated and compared with professional studies. |
