Preliminary scope of work

Cílem této práce je vytvoření kompetenčního profilu trenéra Street Dance. Studentku bude zajímat, které kompetence jsou klíčové pro tuto profesi. Pomocí nastudované literatury, dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru vybere ty kompetence, které budou označeny respondenty za nejdůležitější. Kompetence budou seřazeny dle významnosti.

The aim of this work is to create the competency profile of a street dance trainer. The student will be interested to find the key competencies for this profession. She will choose the main competencies based on studied literature, quetionnaires and interviews, and the respondents will choose the main ones. The competencies will be sorted through their importance
