Preliminary scope of work

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je poskytnout podrobný rozbor managementu finálového turnaje McDonald’s Cup 2015 známého jako Svátek fotbalu, prezentovat jeho silné a slabé stránky, potenciální příležitosti a hrozby a následně na základě předchozích analýz vytvořit seznam návrhů a doporučení vedoucích k odstranění slabých stránek, eliminaci hrozeb a tím k rozvoji, zvýšení popularity a zlepšení organizace příštích ročníků McDonald’s Cupu.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The main objective of this thesis is to provide a detailed analysis of the management of the McDonald’s Cup 2015 final tournament known as the Festival of Football, to present its strengths, weaknesses, potential opportunities and threats and then, based on previous analyses, to create a list of suggestions and recommendations leading to the elimination of the weaknesses and threats and thus to development, increase of the popularity and to improvement of the hosting the McDonald's Cup in the next years.
