| Předpokládaným cílem bakalářské práce bude analýza mediální interpretace románů afghánskoamerického spisovatele Khaleda Hosseiniho v amerických a českých periodicích. Výsledkem by měl být obraz dobového ohlasu jeho děl ve dvou kulturně odlišných prostředích, přičemž americká periodika budou zahrnuta výběrově. Důraz bude kladen na romány Lovec draků, Tisíce planoucích sluncí a A hory odpověděly. |

| The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the critical interpretation of Khaled Hosseini's novels in American and Czech periodicals. The intended result is a representation of the reception of Hosseini's books in two culturally different environments. The thesis focuses on the novels "The Kite Runner," "A Thousand Splendid Suns" and "And The Mountains Echoed." |
