Preliminary scope of work
V navrhované práci bude použita metoda quasi experimentu, kdy bude pozorován efekt rehabilitačního konceptu Dynamické Neuromuskulární Stabilizace na vrcholově trénující rychlostní kajakáře. Rehabilitační metoda zde vystupuje jako nezávisle proměnná, maximální výkon na kajakářském trenažéru zaujímá pozici závisle proměnné stejně jako výstup z dotazníku DASH hodnotící míru omezení horní končetiny. Metodický princip bude odpovídat crossover designu, kdy v první šestitýdenní etapě bude experimentální skupina podléhat intervenci. V druhé šestitýdenní etapě se probandi experimentální a kontrolní skupiny vymění a intervence bude probíhat u dosud neovlivněného souboru.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of this thesis is to identify the effect of trunk stabilization training based on Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) on maximum kayak ergometer power output and reported self-disability in the shoulder girdle area.
Group of kayakers of both genders will be randomly divided into two groups. Crossover design will be used for this study. Subjects in the experimental group (group A) will integrate DNS exercises into standard flatwater training during the first phase. The control group (group B) will conduct only common flat water training at the same time. After 6 weeks, the groups will be switched. Then group B will undergo the same DNS exercise with the same intensity and the same time. The maximum power output on kayak ergometer will be measured three times (before study, after 6 weeks and after 12 weeks). Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand (DASH) will be analyzed at the same time.
